My mom isn’t around so I made Spicy Toaster Oven Salmon for lunch.
You see my mom doesn’t want me eating spicy food but when there’s opportunity, I use them wisely haha
I first marinated the salmon with red pepper powder, korean chili powder, and jalapaño peppers for 15 minutes then while waiting, I preheated my toaster oven.
After marinating the salmon, I placed it on the aluminum foil and sprinkled some chili flakes and rosemary leaves and wrapped the salmon.
I made two but I accidentally ate one because it smells tasty haha~~
